Tactic 4.7.0.a11 windows server install : Cannot start the tactic service

Hello Celton,
I have gone through that entire section.Over and over.
I ran the debug service too and got an error message about a "Clock" module missing.

We tried a lot late into the night yesterday and we're going to do this again today. wish us luck.
