You should definitely be able to run TACTIC without an internet connection. What is the error that you are receiving?

Hello Celton,
When I install the package as per the documentation below
http://community.southpawtech.com/docs/sys-admin/tsi-setup-and-install/
I do not get an ip address as in the example above. I get a web console https://localhost:9090/  which cannot connect / access tactic from the browser (chrome).

What adapter settings am i supposed to use to get an ip address ?
