[BUG] Popup Widgets don't resize properly

Steps to reproduce bug or error

This can be reproduced in many ways, but here is an example:

Table CELLS Resize:
1. In a 'VFX' project, open assets link
2. Hold the table title bar resize handle and move it.
3. The table will be messed up.

Popup Widgets Resize

1. In a 'VFX' project, open assets link
2. From the gear icon select "Export ALL"
3. Try to resize the "Export All to CSV" popup widget.
4. Its messed up (can't give a better explanation )

About the table column resize, try again with the new docker image, in the last month many changes where pushed to the table widget

Regarding the Popup Widgets Resize, again, I can't reproduce the bug, I suspect is browser related, see my answer to your previous message.

Remko could be more helpful than me but I recall tactic is usually tested with chrome.

Yeah, seems like a recurring theme, Chrome vs Firefox. Naturally, I have a very different impression of the Tactic web interface than you would imagine.

I am not sure how soon / whether you would address this issue, but at least its a good to know.

Yes, the tables on the latest 4.8 behave far better, even on Firefox. I can also confirm that popups behave strangely on Firefox (initial placement at 0,0 and resizing). I will take a look when I get a change.
